Return and exchange terms:
1. You can submit a return or exchange request within 3 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, by contacting us on WhatsApp: +966536634724.
2. For perfumes: The package must be unopened and sealed in the original cellophane. We include a free sample with your order so you can try the fragrance before opening the original packaging.
3. For other products: They must be unused, unopened, or undamaged. Products that have been used or tested are considered consumables and are not subject to the return policy.
4. Providing the purchase invoice or proof of payment is a prerequisite for accepting the return or exchange request.
5. The product can be replaced with another of the same category or of the same value, according to the customer’s desire, and the customer bears the shipping costs in this case.
Important Notice: Opening the package or removing the original packaging constitutes final acceptance of the product.

Cases covered by the return or exchange policy (and free shipping):
• Receiving the wrong product that does not match what was ordered.
• There is a manufacturing defect or damage resulting from shipping (with documentation of the condition through clear photos within 24 hours of receipt).
Note : Customers outside Riyadh or outside the Kingdom are allowed to return or exchange the product provided that it is in its original condition and has not been opened. They will bear the shipping costs according to the shipping company's available rate.

•Perfumes that have been opened or have had the original seal removed.
• Products that have been used or opened after receipt.
•Any damage resulting from misuse.
• Failure to receive the shipment within the specified period (3-7 days) from the shipping company and its return to the store.

• Cash on delivery service for customers outside the Riyadh region does not include returns or exchanges, and the financial return policy does not apply to it. Confirmation and receipt of the order constitutes final acceptance of the product.
